I started building custom homes in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1988. I got my General Contractors license in 1994 and continued to build custom homes in several other exclusive areas such as Lake Tahoe, Pebble Beach, Laguna Beach, The Big Island of Hawaii and Kauai. Building project price ranges have been from one half to ten million dollars.

At Lucky Rose Builders our goals are to produce quality homes and provide excellent customer service. We use the highest quality products available and employ true craftsmen who take pride in their work, producing a quality finished product to the client.

As the owner, I feel that my hands-on experience and supervision is of great importance. I spend the majority of my day on site with direct supervision of products and installation. I also wear my tool bags and work right along side my employees. I feel that this is the best way to produce the level of home that I am striving to build and it promotes a controlled job site with a sense of equality among employees working together as a team to jointly produce a quality product.
